The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for building, scaling, and owning end-to-end financial products, specifically OTC (Over-the-Counter) trading within a regulated environment. You’ll work closely with Regulators, the Active Treasury team, Compliance, and Finance to design and deliver a profitable, scalable, and compliant product offering. This role requires a strong grasp of both the commercial and financial dimensions of product development, with an emphasis on control, growth, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the OTC product lifecycle end-to-end — from strategy to execution

  • Design and implement revenue-generating OTC offerings that are fully compliant with regulatory expectations

  • Be the primary product interface with Regulators, ensuring clarity, documentation, and alignment

  • Collaborate with Active Treasury to structure liquidity flows, pricing, and risk management tools

  • Partner with Finance to ensure product financials are tightly tracked and aligned with P&L goals

  • Work with Compliance to embed regulatory controls into the product from day one

  • Define and monitor key product and business KPIs; iterate based on performance

  • Translate business objectives into product roadmaps and clear execution plans

  • Ensure all commercial aspects (pricing, margin control, client offering) are optimized for scale

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or capital markets

  • Proven experience launching OTC or institutional financial products in a regulated environment

  • Deep understanding of trading, liquidity, risk, and revenue models in financial products

  • Strong comfort engaging with regulatory bodies and managing audits or licensing reviews

  • Experience collaborating with Treasury, Finance, and Compliance teams

  • Commercially minded with a strong grip on financial performance and revenue levers

  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with a bias for structured execution

  • Excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and lead from the front

Must Have

  • Experience in crypto or digital asset infrastructure

  • Background in institutional client products or structured products

  • Familiarity with financial reporting and P&L ownership
