Job description
The Head of Marketing at M2 will lead the company’s brand, communications, campaigns, and client engagement strategy across all channels. You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving acquisition and retention, and supporting revenue growth through strategic and tactical execution. You will collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Business Development, and Executive teams to ensure a consistent and compelling narrative for M2’s offerings across all touchpoints.
Key areas of responsibility:
Define and lead M2’s global marketing strategy, with a strong focus on institutional and high-net-worth audiences.
Develop integrated go-to-market plans for launches, partnerships, and regional campaigns, including budget, forecasts, and channel mix.
Oversee campaign execution across digital (social, search, display), offline (events, sponsorships), content, and PR.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance against KPIs (brand engagement, lead generation, retention, ROI).
Manage external agency and media partners to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with strategy.
Oversee development of all marketing assets including landing pages, newsletters, product brochures, and thought leadership content.
Drive organic growth via SEO, community, and content marketing strategies.
Support lifecycle marketing by overseeing CRM, onboarding journeys, and customer communications.
Lead the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture with a strong focus on results.
Partner with Product and BD to support growth initiatives, including VIP proposals, market research, and product marketing.
Collaborate with functional partners to forecast and plan company revenue growth.
Hire, manage, and develop a team of driven, highly engaged individuals to manage marketing channels.
Job requirements
Technical competencies and skills:
7+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role—preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
Deep understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, content strategy, and performance metrics.
Experience managing campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels and geographies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to balance creative vision with commercial impact.
Comfortable operating in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Other key common competencies:
Ability to work under pressure; strong management and organizational skills; good judgment and decision making.
Ability to work during production environment maintenance hours outside of normal business hours.
